Café Glada barn is a unique coffee shop in Stockholm, providing a special environment where children are free to move and play safely. We offer healthy bio food and lots of activities for children and adults in different languages.

Our food
We offer homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, a selection of home baked items, smoothies and delicious fresh juices. At our place you can have breakfast, lunch our just a nice cup of coffee. Everyday fresh baby purees will be prepared using only fresh vegetables and fruits.

Activities
We organize activities for children from 4 months old in languages such as Spanish, Italian, English, French and Swedish. Our purpose with some of these activities is to promote knowledge of ecology, to stimulate families to eat healthier and to encourage children to learn more languages in an enjoyable way. For parents we will have forums where they can get some tips and ideas within many areas that we are quite sure will be of interest.

About us

We are a happy international family who love new ideas and are very interested in creating a better world for our children. During our leave from work when we became parents, we really missed a meeting place where we could spontaneously meet old friends and make new ones. We love this new coffee shop concept and we sincerely hope to spread our enthusiasm and devotion to all our future guests.

How to find us
There are lot of ways to arrive at Café Glada Barn;

From Slussen take Bus 2 to Sofia and get off at Erstasjukhus bus stop and walk up hill for half a block, the cafe is on your left

From Reimers Holmes Bus 66

The closest subway stations are Slussen and Medborgarplatsen
